- 1 pint Heavy Cream (Half and Half or Whole Milk will work too)
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 TBSP cream cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of your choice (cook according to bag/box directions)
Combine cream, butter and cream cheese and cook over medium heat until melted and well combined. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder stirring well with a wire whisk. Cook 15-20 minutes on a low simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over favorite pasta.
Good with chicken pieces or broccoli too!
Best Green Salad Ever
- Romaine Lettuce- 2 bunches or 4 hearts
- 4 oz. fresh Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb bacon - fried and crumbled
- 4 oz. sliced almonds- toasted
- 1 bag Craisens
Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Put romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Sprinkle cheeses, bacon, almonds, and Craisens on top. Right before serving, slowly drizzle dressing over the salad a little at a time. Mix well and add more dressing as desired.
