In February we were able to go to the Draper Temple open house. When I took pictures, it was of our bus ride up to it. We first parked at a ward building, watched a short video about the Draper area and temples. Then we hopped on a "yellow" bus for a ride to the temple. Bridger and Ryland loved the bus ride. Especially the one on the way back because the "yellow" bus we rode on back to the church bldg was one that you stood in the middle while holding on a strap or bar over your head. It was a bumpy ride with lots of turns. People were almost falling into others laps. But about the temple, I was able to take pictures as we were walking through the white tunnel tents, but of, course not inside. But I wasn't able to take a picture of the outside just because of the angle I was at on the bus. But, believe me, the temple is beautiful!! I loved the inside!
As we were riding the bus I was taking pictures. John had Bridger and Ryland with him in his row of seats, Tim and Chandler were in a row together, and Hayden and I were in a row together. I asked Hayden to take a picture of me, but he thought he was funny and took a picture of my nose and then of my eye. That's a 13 year old for you!!
